Everyone at OCA loves our Kangen system.

We receive feedback from our customers every day about how good our water is, people often express how good it would be if more venues offered great water but in the meantime we appreciate that having Kangen on tap makes us unique. 

One of the best things about having ionised water is that our staff have the ability to always be well-hydrated, which we really notice, especially on the long days! 

What I love most is being able to cook with structured water, which enhances the flavours of dishes and actually takes our cuisine to another level. 

This water has a particular impact on our in-house-made breads and crepes.

Our ionised elixirs are an specialty, whether day or night they’re one of our most popular items, all made with freshly ionised water which brings out the flavour of the other ingredients as well as adding to the anti-oxidising elements of each elixir. 

Many of our regulars also come to fill their larger bottles,
which makes OCA a community hub of sorts. Our water has become one of our venue’s main features, which is aligned with our appreciation of locally-sourced, natural food.

We feed our herb garden the acidic water and it is really noticeable how much it thrives.

We’re happy to be able to host water appreciation events here at OCA as well, giving back to the local community and raising funds for Amazonian tribes with water talks, music and ceremony. 

Definitely happy with our decision to invest in Kangen technology!
